Membership is FREE!!! Simply give us some very basic information (Firstname, Lastname, Username, Password, etc) then your ForRent.ky account will be created and you can start uploading your images immediately
Create your listing(s):
Our wizard will walk you through everything… starting with the details of the property such as address, cost per month, etc.
Then enter rooms and amenities and finish by uploading photographs or your property. This step is very important because if no images are uploaded you will show up lower in the search results... so if possible upload at least one image.
Receive leads:
YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF ALL YOUR LEADS! Potential tenants will be contacting you directly. The potential clients will use our 'Contact Rentor' form which will ask them for some basic information like when is best for you to contact them and via which method. Then you can contact them directly, no need to wait on an account rep or a middle man.
Renew Your Property
Each month you will receive an email asking if you wish to keep your property online. ForRent.ky sends this to all members in order to make sure that all properties that are listed on the website are currently available. All you need to do is simply click a link in the email you will receive and your property will stay online for another month.
