The cost to list your property is CI$1.00 per day per listing for 1-4 listings. There is special pricing available for more than 4 listings. Please contact the ForRent.ky Team at infor@ForRent.ky with your specific information.
Create your listing(s):
Our wizard will walk you through everything… starting with the details of the property such as address, cost per month, etc.
Then enter rooms and amenities and finish by uploading up to 6 photographs.
Receive leads:
Potential tenants will be contacting you directly. You can choose whether they contact you through the site so they do not have access to your email address and other contact information or they get full access to all your contact information and they choose how to contact you.
Pay only for the days you use the site:
ForRent.ky will only charge you for the days when your property is listed on the site. For instance, if you list your property on July 1 to July 5, you will be charged for 5 days or $5.00. You are welcome to make your property available or take it offline at your convenience, meaning that you can control what you spend!
